My Teaching Story

When I moved to Arkansas I found that I had more time on my hands than I fancied. I looked into things I could do in my spare time. I came across and I found that there are many people who are in need of a teacher in areas that do not have many options. gave me the chance to find myself as a teacher; while also challenging me to create different lesson plans for every student. Currently I have about 30 students ages 7 - late 60's. I teach ASL, Singing, Acting, and so much more. Here are some of the reviews I have recieved on my singing classes. "Why do we even try when the barriers are so high and the odds are so low? Why don’t we just pack it in and go home? It’d be so, so much easier. It's because in the end, there’s no glory in easy. No one remembers easy. They remember the blood and the bones and the long agonizing fight to the top. And that is how you become legendary." - Amelia Shepherd  in Grey's Anatomy (Season 11, Ep.14-The Distance)
